Okay guys, I'm not a newbie, but I do need to ask this one. There are only four people in the world who have my mobile phone number - three are my mum dad and sister, the fourth is Endomol. (I'll give you three guesses why! )

Once on Wednesday and again on Thursday, a number I don't know has tried to contact me on my mobile. It's an area code 0113 which for a minute I thought was Bristol, but a google says Bristol is 0117 and 0113 is LEEDS. That doesn't help me, because I don't know anyone in Leeds either!! They haven't left a message or tried ringing the house on our landline, so I don't think it could be them - more likely just a wrong number, but I was just wondering if anyone actually knows if they are phoning people at the moment and what area code they use. Would they be ringing from Leeds to offer me an audition in Leeds for example, or would the call come from Bristol? Anyone have any thoughts?

did you not send the audition form to countdown instead?

I thought of that, but I'm hopeless at that show. I'm lucky if I get a four letter word in each round. I wouldn't stand a chance!!

EDIT: Just had a third call this morning from the same number. Picked it up and said 'Hello', but got nothing in return. I'd love to know who it is if not Endomol!

It's so funny, every missed call I get on my mobile off a number I don't know I always think, "poo, was that THE call !!??" haha. But then I realise that they have other means of contacting me...so you know. But if anyone has any numbers of the production crew and would like to compare numbers (I have about 3) then please, feel free to PM me !

When they contact you for the Audience Tickets it comes up as Witheld on my phone. They always leave an answerphone message as well.

I'm getting a call every day from this same 0113 phone number now, but when I press the accept button it always goes dead.

I think I've got my own personal stalker.

Grr. Who do they think they are getting my hopes up like this? I really thought it was the call!

They are doing telephone auditions at the moment - as I had a call at 4.30 today - on my mobile it said 'private call' as number must have been with-held.

They caught me on the go so didn't think on my feet too well when answering the researcher's questions but said they would be in contact if I made it to the next stage, so fingers crossed! Was pleased to a least get to the phone audition stage as they get thousands of application forms. Think I came across a bit too mad on the phone.

got my phone call last week. got an audition very soon, so fingers crossed.

Is there a difference between a "telephone audition" and just a phonecall to ask you to come to an audition? I mean, when they rang me, they asked me a couple of questions but I wouldn't really have called it an "audition" as such? Would the next stage for you be the audition itself?

Also, does this mean that now they're auditioning a whole new bunch of people, the ones they auditioned a few months back have been forgotten about

Oh sorry also, does anyone know when the shows filmed in January will be aired? I can't find the filming dates thread.

I wonder if it's possible to audition more than once? Because I wasn't happy with mine! I failed my driving test that morning, and then had to shoot straight up to Newcastle for the audition, so I wasn't at my best Thinking about it now, I should have told them that. AND I was one of the last to be auditioned, so was tired after having sat in that warrrrm room for 3 hours!

Excuses, excuses, excuses......

They asked me questions on the same phone call and said there and then they wanted me to come to an audition at a specific time and venue, very soon.

Check that it hasn't gone into your junk e-mail, you never know. I got my e-mail a couple of hours later on the same day.
