Is this "reliable source" the Channel 4 crap factory? The one that had Lucy, Steve, Kirsty and several others winning £250k... the Banker should be bankrupt by now according to them!

Still, maybe Lucille is Lucy coming back and changing her name slightly, maybe some glasses and a wig to try and fool everyone... ;)
