What..."It's a great offer, think carefully"? Seems pretty normal to me. :?

what you have to understand is contestants will often have spoken to each other beforehand before the game regarding how much they would like to walk away with. Some comments may seem strange or cryptic but its usually a gentle reminder that they may have reached their target offer

Do you mean how she said it or just what she said?

Because I don't see anything strange in that. :?

Eyebrow action....Oh God how embarrassing!!!

I didn't really mean anything else apart from what I said. It was a good offer and I wanted Catherine to think, that was real money that she could do alot with.

Sometimes you can sound a little cautious but when you are spending so much time with the other contestamts you really do become friends and you don't want to see them go away with nothing.

I think it's good when contestants like you offer sensible advice to whoever is in the chair. So often I've seen contestants just encourage no dealing which is easy to do when it's not your money, and I also think that advising people to gamble can sometimes be done falsely just to build up a good profile with the banker.

Well said rico - and I wonder if people will be more cautious what they say on the wings, after Craig said he'd carry on so long as he had the £250k in play, only to get swaps as his first three offers? I wonder if we'll see any more "no dealers" in the future - I think the banker became very wise to this, hence Craig's game!

I think it depends on the player. Laura is a perfect example. Nicola and her appeared to be great friends, hence nicola telling her to deal. Laura had the courage which most other players dont have and it payed of....BIG TIME!

Players know their personal background and shouldnt be influenced by people telling them to no deal. Again, in Laura's game, stuart said he "really would like to see someone will the 250,000" which shows he really wanted her to play on to see the £250,000 winner.
