well while they were all great and, in their own way, very influential I gave my vote to Brian.

he is a lovely man and he gave his money to research into prostrate cancer - plus he also highlighted this worthwhile cause too.

Oh and he was a lovely neighbour on the wing as well.

I voted Brian for the reasons I wrote in his today's show thread:

I think that is one of the best games ever - a great player with an interesting system, some humour (but not too over-the-top), a good offer that was raised to a brilliant offer which was dealt at, Brian wanted the money for a good cause... and it turns out he totally beat the banker, getting down to a final two of 50p and £1... and then to put the cherry on top, he had the 50p in his box! DOND perfection as far as I'm concerned!

Well done Brian!

Brian. Admittedly I only saw that and Jennifer's game, but they seemed far better than the other four (Nicola's game was 40 minutes of brilliance and then Noel just had to spin the most marginal OBW ever into a defeat for lack of 'courage', thus ruining the whole game), and Brian's was just hilarious.

I voted Nicola - without the ending that KP mentioned above, I think it'd have been my favourite game of all-time. That said, Jennifer's, Jasmine's and Brian's were all pretty great, and Don's was still quite fun despite the rubbish outcome. Craig's wasn't so good, but what with all the swap offers there was only really half a game in there anyway...

Jennifer by a long shot as she won reasonbly big in my books and beat the banker! Second would be Nicola because she won a lot of money, but unfortunately didn't beat the banker. Third would be Brian for his Golf entertainment and victory!

I was torn Between Nicola and Brian

Nicola is a very kind lady for buying new equipment for the school and is very inspirational, but I voted for Brian because that was a great round and one of the best proveouts in a long time.

and of course, he sold a 50p box for £20,000

I was only asking because there doesn't seem to be a poll that includes Lauras game (which would probably get the most votes anyway) Maybe its best to see which other January game people have enjoyed to get a wider range of answers
