I have noticed watching the program but i may be wrong that if you say your a gambler your offers are higher. I think this is a good tactic to use. Come on say your going to the end no matter what your likely to get bigger offers.

sorry, but I'd have to disagree with you there. The people I know that said they were gamblers, were offered pants money because the banker had them by the balls really....... if they're a gambler, they'll ignore any offer whether low or high and go all the way, so why offer a high amount if they're going to go all the way anyway!

Must be watching different shows as the banker wants to get them out with a good offer as he knows they are likely to win big as they have the courage to go to the end. Depends on the boxes as well i know.

In case you didn't know, SassySteph was on DOND and won £25K so I can imagine she knows alot more about it than you do.

I think he does offer better things to gamblers and no-dealers, but if you look back, the gamblers do leave with blue amounts more often than never.

The Banker hates being a target and will offer offers around the player that he is playing the banker gets reports on file everything about the players games and uses this knowledge. I agree with Sassy Steph why would the banker offer a big sum of money for someone that would go all the way normally he sets trap offers.

depends on the boxes 99.99%, or thats how it used to be WHEN IT WAS BETTER.now that the banker looks at their profiles a lot, he'll still go up after losing the £250k. :? :?

although, no, the offers arent too much higher if your a gambler than if your not.

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

Pat G in her game memorably said she was going all the way and then dealt at £16,500. When asked why she had gone back on her word to go all the way she said it depends what going all the way means. This tactic worked well for her then, but the banker got wise to this, and the offers are not always guaranteed to be high for the gamblers. Quite often the banker will encourage people to go on because it makes good TV to see contestants go all the way, and see if their courage matches their talk!
The offers don't necessarily depend upon the whether the player is a gambler or cautious either, but can be based upon the kind of show that the producers want to create on any given day, especially put in context with recent previous shows, and financial considerations!

i dont think if its about you being a gambler, i think its about the player, and their attitude to life

Yes I noticed this that Claudine had the 50k and 250k at the final 5 and got offered £44,000.
While Gary who had a similar scenario only got offered £30,000. (rounded off)
