Could you imagine a 2 hour DOND?!

Well, a 2-hour UK version would be splendiferous. But a 2-hour US version? Uh-uh. Would be Hell.

It would have to be a pretty brilliant contestant...I'm thinking most of the candidates in Power5's "Craziest Show" poll. Two hours of some people would be hell...

I hope that by the time I get on DOND, they're doing 2-hour specials.

I hope for all our sakes that they're not...

Could you cope with seeing Noel wearing one of his "I've had a fight with someone with a Strawberry Cornetto"* shirts for 2 hours solid?

Having sat through a two-hour Thanksgiving DOND, I can say it's not entirely terrible. Ok... maybe it is. The three contestants' winnings for the two hours did not even total $100,000. There were some good sides. Howie pied the banker in the face. There were a few special guests. And there was a special case that if the contestant avoided the $1 million in the first two rounds, they would get whatever is in that case. The contestant knocked out the million in his second pick however.

So if the contestants do well, the two hours can be great. If not...
