Any advice on how to fill it in?

I just think it's best to answer honestly and be yourself. That's the best advice I can give really.

They're looking for people that are prepared to take risks, thrillseekers you could say, and are not over-cautious. This makes for more entertaining TV!

Yeah I got the form the other day but now i'm having second thoughts as I think why on earth would they pick me over someone who would be more entertaining and have that certain something.

But the best thing to do is just answer truthfully and hopefully you'll get through. Good luck.

If there is one thing I really regret its not applying for the show in the first few weeks when I saw it. I thoyght "3+ weeks in Bristol?? Nah, wouldnt be able to make it"
Is there any possiblity of getting an application form now, do they periodically come on the ch4 website? Or would it be of any use getting the application form off of some of the sellers on ebay or is that a scam?
