Bushy / Aaron

Having watched you for a quite a few shows now, you have quickly built up the reputation of being the ‘man of all odds’ who can (and with authority) give information to the player regarding such odds (for and against) at any particular stage in the game.

For this I applaud, and am forever trying to explain to my wife what the advice is you are giving with little or no joy to date…

The advice you give and the emotions you show (especially yesterday with Sag) are I believe quite a give away into who you are.

My question is, did you not think that this would greatly effect your own game and how the banker would deal with you ?

I know this is after the event, and maybe you cant answer yet….or maybe you knew exactly what you were up to and played a great game and had the banker in your pocket all the time….

Anyway I hope it all worked out well for you.

The Padmaster…

You understand that I can't give too much away.

I was very aware of the fact that by involving myself on both an intellectual and emotional level I was potentially giving the banker ammunition. Other "odds"-type people haven't always been treated well, though I think I did have the benefit of being accurate most of the time, which others (e.g. Terry) weren't.

On the other hand, I was also aware that the banker had been increasingly tight-fisted towards those who had made little impression (e.g. however unfairly, Patrick).

I work in the Trading Department at Ladbrokes, which was bound to come up in my show; therefore it was to be expected that I would contribute along those lines - indeed I said during my audition that I thought that (plus morale-boosting) would be my role on the show.

Finally, I couldn't stand silently by when people I wanted to win felt that they could benefit from my perspective. As for the emotional stuff, I guess I just got very caught up in the excitement.

As for the effect all this actually had on the Banker, you'll have to wait and see :D

What did you do if the people you didn't want to win asked for your advice?! ;)

Only joking, I'm sure you gave excellent advice all round. It certainly has been fantastic so far. :D

Aaron's and Lucy's are the 2 games I'm looking forward to the most - but I don't want either to leave as I'll miss them both.

Please don't tell me when they are though, as I like to be surprised.
