I called the contestant application line on Tuesday 7/11 (2 days after they opened it up again) and left my details but still haven't received my application form Does anybody think it would be a good idea to email and see if they are sorting it out or not - i don't want to seem too persistent!! I've waited SO long for them to open the lines i don't want to have to wait another year!!

All you need to write is "please may i have an application form" and you should get an automated response

It did work (it came within about 5 minutes )

I rang 10 MINUTES AFTER PHONE LINES OPENED!!!

Still hasn't arrived. e-mailed as well tho just in case.

Am going to use that and if the postal one comes....who knows?

Emailed recently, though, and got a form within ten seconds. And this was at about 11pm at night!

It's an automatic response system.

Well, yeah, that was kinda obvious - would be silly if there was someone there, at 11pm at night, watching all the emails and hurriedly sending them forms.

Weirdly, some people have emailed but not got a form. I guess the response system might not work all the time or something.

Has anyone had a problem with the emailed application form that halfway down the form (i wont say which part in case it breaches regulations) i cant get the cursor to go into the box where i write my answer to the question??

Yay i finally recieved my application by post yesterday. Its now back in the post lol

I got one in the post today! But it still says the minimum age is 18, so I can only assume they lied on the phone line to con us poor youngsters out of our hard-earned 75ps. I'll just have to hold on to it until March. (And until I'm bored enough to fill it in...)
