Not meaning to be a misery guts hun but i don't think people will be allowed to post if they are successful because endemol would not be happy, but that don't mean they won't join this great forum keep an eye out for all the great people you met, some of them are sure to join

Yep - I agree Suezan, it may not be wise to post details about your audition and how it went - as Endemol would not be happy... I know we sound like misery guts, but we're only giving advice!

God I hope not. IF I get an interview, and IF I get through to the show then you won't be able to stop me singing from the roof-tops to the forum about my success right up until the moment I went to Bristol to film, and to hell with what Endomol think!! I know I'd have to be careful about revealing an exact play-date or what I won (plus certain other things about what exactly went on at my interview), but there had better not be any such rule about me saying "Mental Mickey coming soon to a TV screen near you!" as that would really upset me.

I'm sure contestants have registered on this forum before when they have yet to appear on the wings, so there had better not be any rules on the matter. I can see the paragraph now "...I promise not to tell anyone on dond.co.uk that I have been selected..".

If that's the case, I won't be signing anything! :-D

I'm not that protected! When it came to putting a nickname or alias on the form, I did indeed call myself "Mental Mickey", so if anyone from Endomol is reading these forums, it wouldn't take an Einstein to figure out who I was! :-D

So assuming any DOND secrets were ever revealed, they would know it was me. Unless I got Kestral to change my user ID to Captain Melonhead or something...

It was just a harmless post about auditions, really, didn't give anything away.

I'd be a bit sad if Endemol rung me up and said "You're going to be on Deal or No Deal, but you're not allowed to tell anyone", yes. It'd be extremely hard not to post a thread saying "YES YES YES!! LUCKY! LUCKY ME! DEAL OR NO DEAL! I'M PLAYING!!!" etc.

Although, I'd probably be too ecstatic about the news to care for long!
