If Endemol were taken to court...

The following charges to be pressed against Endemol:

One - That you did spy on the members of dond.co.uk.
Two - That you did keep the £250k away from the table for more than 100 games.
Three - That you did conspire to keep the Banker's identity secret.
Four - That you did "accidentally" show the Box 4 incident on Channel 4 Television.
Five - That you did constantly mess about with the More4 repeats.
Six - That you did inhumanely torture Noel Edmonds by making him wear those shirts.
Seven - That you did not let a forum member on DOND.
Eight - That you did allow a representative of your company to close down dond.co.uk's photo galleries.
Nine - That you did not allow Mr. Blobby on Deal or No Deal.
Ten - That you did serve Cease and Desist orders on multiple Deal or No Deal fan games: rezzie, dilan4, playtheshow etc.
Eleven - That you did stop viewings of Deal or No Deal for a month and eight days.

In other words: They're *beep* ed if they go into court!

If you watched Noels House Party you'd see how much his shirts have improved now

The games are illegally made, and endemol don't make any money from them! With king.com Gala etc... They pay for the right to make and host the game.
