Hello,

I don't know if this has been discussed anywhere else, but what have been people's most memorable systems? What would your system be? I always remember the person who closed their eyes, and when a number floated into their peripheral vision, that was the number they chose. Has anyone got any memories of similar spiritual/numerological/mystical systems?

Jon

Yes, that was him. What have been the other memorably mystical ones? What would people here do?

Ooo, you share my name!

Not many Jons in the UK, you know...

Anyway, the most memorable system i can think of is Geordies 'start from the end of the west wing and go all the way to the end of the east wing' one or Charles' one, where he used his phone number!

Who went 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 etc. etc.?

Dave from January and John from April, although they both missed out their lucky numbers.

Oh, if you count Mally's law, that would be my favorite, because it actually makes sense!

Mally chose boxes that had low numbers in then on the previous show and avioided boxes that had high numbers in the previous show.

Although my approach is different to Mally's, mine is that the chances of you getting the same value get lower each time you have it. Not that you *cant* have it again.

I liked Michael D's 'gender game', Dave Woollin's numerical order system, and original Patrick's system.

I liked Gavin's system of going up the even numbers and coming down the odd numbers.

Is it worth saying again just how untrue this is?

Nah, though not.

this is really interesting. How much did Fin win? What was original patrick's system? what was Dave Woollin's system? It is much more fun when they have a weird system.

Fin swapped his £20k box for £10k, after turning down £44k. (Earlier on, obviously.)

I think Patrick's system was based on the contestants' heights. :?

Dave Woolin went in numerical order, but left out his two lucky numbers, one of which was 9. It turned out that 9 had the £250k!
