who is or who are your favourite contestants?

my favourite was sam.

now it probably is Lucy. her advice is sometimes ridiculous.

note: my 200th post now!

I liked Sam but I now like Sarah, Saj and Paula. Some of the offers Sarah suggests can only be described as hilarious at the generosity of them. If she was the banker, everyone would win 50k, but she isn't.

My joint favorites who have sadly now left are Anna and Russell, and now, out of the players that are there I'd say my favorite is Lucy- her advice is great! :-D

Germaine's my favourit currently. Hes a bit of a legend - hes got a warm smile which puts the other contestants at their ease. Hope he does well.

My favs that are there atm are Germaine and Lucy. My fav outright was Anna obviously.

I think Germaine is such a great guy, he's so down to earth and positive which is such a great combination!

Lucy's good for moral support, I'd like her if it wasn't for the fact that she can't go one sentence without raising the tone of her voice towards the end. Dear oh dear(!)

Fav's gotta be Candice - EVERYTHING that girl wears makes her look hotter than they day before.....blatose the best lookin on there so far...

That Helen'd give her a run for her money though, jesus she was stunning

I'll say Germaine and Lucy too. Candice does wear cool clothes though.

And after Noel made the "You're suppose to wear the vest on the inside" gag, I think we all noticed the tall blonde (name?) wearing the same top again a few days ago.

Of the current bunch:

...Sarah's comedy inflated offers provide entertainment every day. I'm waiting for the Banker to take one of those and scrub a zero off the end, so a Sarah Offer of 75k becomes a real offer of 7.5k.

Candice is pretty good and she's certainly added a touch of glamour. I'm waiting for her to be asked to stand in front of the board and block the red side, heh.

Of the previous contestants: Geordie, Julie, Mumtaz, Terry, both Trevors (For different reasons), Irene, Dave, Arlette and Pat are among those that stand out. There's been so many great contestants - hope we get another today

the current crop of players all seem to fit in well with each other. someone posted once how there are different phases of contestants. ie one time was the irene/nick etc. phase, one was the mumtaz/geordie et. al stage. i think this stage is the germaine/candice/marcus/lucy phase. great mix of people right now...

contestants arrive in groups of six, and you tend to form close bonds with those you arrive with - which often comes across well on screen - like at the moment.

First "generation" of contestants I became familiar with was Geordie, Mumtaz, Linda, Aileen the Black Widow etc. They all seemed to go within a short space of time and it took a while to get used to those who replaced them - but I agree this is a good group they have at the moment.

There's always a few you don't really notice much and it's a case of "has he/she really been there 20 shows?" when they come up to play, that's always going to happen with 22 players at a time, but I think the unique thing about this show is the way you see all the contestants in the weeks leading up to their game and look forward to seeing how they do - it clearly keeps people watching as they don't want to miss seeing how their favourites get on.

At the moment I like Lucy, Candice and Saj, and Germaine looks like a confident and popular player who will be a tough opponent for the banker - expect he will go away with either a huge win or pocket change. Jim's game should be entertaining as well.
