How do you put a picture next to your name on the forum?

can anyone help me do this??

Have you uploaded the pic you want yet? If not, go to somewhere like Photobucket or Image Shack and upload one...it should be fairly easy. Then you need to copy the link [img]that%20looks%20like%20this[/img] and paste it into the "Link to off-site avatar" bit at the bottom of your Profile on the forum.

Hope that made sense.

You won't need the [IMG] tags on the avatar linking bit. Trust me, I am the king of (Possibly strange) avatars!

How to upload an avatar

1. Go to http://imageshack.us/

2. Click on Browse and chose a picture from your computer.

3. Once you are happy with the picture you have chosen, click open

4. Tick the box where it says ‘resize image?’ (1)
In the drop down menu click ‘avatar’ (2)

5. Click ‘host it!’

6. Once your picture has been uploaded, where it says ‘Direct link to image’ highlight and copy the link inside the box.

7. Go to your profile at the top of the page.

8. Scroll down until you get to the Avatar control panel bit, where it says ‘Link to off-site Avatar’ copy and paste the link into the box. Click submit and vola!
