Those of you who have been on DOND, I'm interested to know where all this money of the Banker's is actually going (no, I'm not him in disguise :P)

And those of you who just appear on DOND in your dreams, what would you do with 50,000? Personally, if for some mad reason I ever sat in that chair and dealed at 50k, Id go with the following plan:

25,000 - A high interest NS+I account
10,000 - FRIVILOUS SPENDING SPREE!
10,000 - Charity
5,000 - Take my girlfriend 'round the world' first class.

To paraphrase the late great George B, mine went on wine, women, holidays and other fun stuff. The rest I've happily squandered (apart from a gift to a relative). Each to their own and I'm sure those who've been wiser will reap even greater benefits.

I gave my £20 to the Highland Hospice in memory of a friend of mine who was so brave. I also donated the cash I got from the Sun so I lost money playing DOND

very noble Geordie.

I spent mine on clearing my debts totally, and a top of the range Dell Laptop, a holiday to Las Vegas which is coming up on the 15th October and a holiday to West Coast America next Feb/March!

All the rest i spent on various reunions around the country...i now need to go back on the show to get enough for a liver transplant!

Dave

That reads like you are sneering at Geordie and boasting to the rest of us who cannot aford to get through a year at Uni.

I am sorry but it really does.

Bringing up the reunions AGAIN and ramming it down Geordie's throat does you no credit

I don't think that was intended as a dig at Geordie, I don't think Dave's like that (unlike a certain other former contestant who chooses to hide behind an anonymous username on here).

Geordie's made it quite clear he doesn't have a problem with Dave and vice versa. I'm sure he was just answering the question here!

Well I disagree, if you read it 10 times and look at it in a critical way it could seem 'sneering' but I don't think Dave meant to make it sound that way.

He's just listing how much fun and things he has had with the money.

He started his post with a compliment to Geordie and then describes all the things he has done with the money as the thread asked :?

Edit: Power5 kinda beat me too it :)
