Cosmic ordering related theories are out, as Noel appears to be saying the two things are unrelated.

I personally think it is definitely DOND related, possibly to do with the contestants?

I think it's gone on too long now, and we've got bored of it! Recording it so far in advance, they maybe thought we'd stay interested for months, but interest started to drop after the first month or so

Originally I thought he was letting the contestant draw something on his hand but that theory was chucked out when DOND went on twice a day.

I honestly don't have a clue. But I think it'll probably be a let down when we find out!
