With £100,000 and £250,000 left and the offer was £155,000 knowing the least your going away with is £100,000?

Unless I was offered £249,999.99p or something else equally high well above the mean of £175K this is pretty much a cast-iron NO DEAL situation.

I think I would safely no deal any such offer that was less than £200K. If I was offered £200,000.01p I'd probably take the money!

Yep, I'd No Deal...to me, £100k and £155k might as well be the same thing, so I'd happily take the gamble for the big prize.

I'd probably no deal,but the best case scenario for me would be no offer, or a stupidly low offer - i.e. £101,000 or something like that, so I wouldn't regret no dealing if I got the £100k.

Definately no deal for me. Before the show, if you were offered £100,000 you'd snap their hand off.

If I was in the chair and had only two boxes left, the £250,000 and anything from £10,000 upwards, I would say "no deal". Well, I hope I would be brave enough to say "no deal". I'm not married, I don't have kids, I don't have a mortgage, I have no crippling debts etc... I'd play the game and take the gamble.

NO, surprise surprise, Wakey I would also NO DEAL, cos at the end of the day I'd be chuffed to little mint balls to win £100K, I reckon there's little diff between that and £155K, or there wouldn't be in my bank account anyway, so definitely NO DEAL

BUT, in reality, I'd never have got to this position, cos I'd have dealt AGES back at anything over £20K

i did say no deal, although there is a chance i could be feeling in a cautious mood, and there is a slight chance i could deal as i wouldnt want to lose £55,000. Although 9 times out of 10 i wouldnt deal

The only reason I might Deal is if they were still looking for a £250k winner - while I'd obviously love the money, I don't think I'd like the hype and attention of being the first one. That might cause me to Deal, although I think I'd still go on.

Wel, Daniel, you could always emigrate to somewhere nice and hot if you wanted to escape the publicity. I could put up with being hounded for a few weeks for that kinda money, it wouldn't last forever, and it'd be next weeks fish and chip wrapper.

At that stage I would no deal. If I was lucky enough to get to that kind of situation I would risk it because you have more to gain than lose. Plus if you "lost" you'd still be going away with £100,000, and i'd also like to be the first £250,000 winner (if no one had claimed that title yet). However if the banker offered me a swap (which no doubt he would) that would prove to be more of a difficult choice for me.

I'd No Deal on the basis that £100k, £155k and £250k are all life changing amounts. There aren't a lot of things I could do with £155k that I couldn't do with £100k, so why not take the risk? My luck would have been in to have been left with the two biggest boxes anyway, so I'd be on the crest of a wave.
