No. I can't bring myself to vote in this poll.

Lance is the only guy who is currently being "talked up" by Noel making fun of his upper-class accent, and as a result absoultely nobody else on that list stands out at all. Until they actually PLAY, this seems a very unfair poll.

I think the topic should be locked and the poll closed. It's pointless. :roll:

Normally, I'd agree - we know hardly anything about these contestants, so this poll seems pretty pointless.

But as Sally's currently leading, I'm all for it. :-D

the reason i am doing it now is because i am not going to wait until all these players have played before i do the finals, in a knock-out style.

Hahah, I'm sure nobody means any offence! And if you want to include every player ever, you'll never finish the thing...or you'll at least have to wait until the series ends! It just seems sensible to finish with the last lot of players who have played.

Sorry if it did offend. Maybe I did not express my feelings in the right way. It was meant in jest, but didn't come out that way.

What I should have said is that very few players ever stand out to me on the wings before they play their show. The original Trevor from way back was one, Geordie, Aaron and Lucy were three others, PatM and Marcus also, plus Stevie also spring to mind. Joseph also stood out as well, even though he didn't get to play, but out of the current batch on both wings the only guy I can actually name is Lance.

He might have a great game. He might have a stinker. Someone else on that list might become the fifth member of the 1p club or someone else might win a figure into six figures, or hopefully, the biggest number of them all. The point I was trying to make is that voting for people who haven't played yet just doesn't seem right. 24 people clearly disagree with me, so what do I know?

If I had to vote, I would go for Lance, but I choose not to. That is my decision and mine alone.
