What is the best game ever?

There have been so many good games, but what is the best one so far? Jennifer's £120,000 win, Gaz winning £100,000, Kirsty's £75,000, Germaine's £75,000, Mally's £54,000, Hilary and Saj, both £50,000, Sam's £41,000, JT's £39,000, Gary's £29,999, Morris's £20,000 and there are other contenders too, but surely not the 1p games! For me, it has to be Gaz because not only did he take out the 250K with his first box, but his game was so unlucky for so long that it was a one box game for most of the time, and probably the bravest in terms of achieving such an unlikely but so positive a result. Of course there could well be one game in the future that will eclipse those, especially if someone walks away with

Gaz's is up there, but I think for me the best game ever was Brenda's, purely because her board was so ridiculously fantastic - I think it's been worked out that we can expect to see a board like that about once every 150 years!

Gaz's game for me. It looked like a train wreck from the beginning - two massive reds in round 1, but the belief was there and the final few rounds were terrific!

Saj's came in second though, that was also fantastic.

In terms of gameplay I think it has to be Kirsty's, the only player ever to actually have a 50-50 shot at the big prize. Was incredible to watch even though I already knew the outcome!

gaz had a big win, but aside from opening his box at the end, it wasn't hugely entertaining...i found saj's game fantastic, because she showed guts and determination and was a great contestant. sam and marcus both had great games, too, imo.

Its got to be Gaz's game for me - I wonder why! Cheers guys.

Your game definitely takes a lot of beating for that title Gaz, although I just saw Morris's game tonight which would have to be a contender for the kind of courage that you showed too!!

Mate you are so right! I knew the end result of Morris's game but just watched the show for the first time - Man - he deserved that big win! Yeah its top of the list for me!

wow, indeed morris' game was incredible...he had courage, charisma and personality...fantastic.

am i the only one however who doesn't think the win has to be huge to be a great show?? some of the bigger wins haven't been as entertaining as some of the smaller wins, imo...but games like saj's, hilary's, gaz's and morris' where they really are courageous are what makes a good game

does anyone remember angela's game on boxing day? loved that one

I agree - I just LOVED Gary's game - don't know why - even though he could have had more money....just loved the atmosphere and everything about it. Having said that, Kirsty's game's the one that got me hooked and Gaz' game was brilliant.

I think the best game ever would be where:

a) the contestant was really popular
b) the outcome was a surprise

so Morris' game was almost there, except that once he no dealt, I knew he wasn't going to have the 250k. Boooo. Hilary and Gaz' were good for the game, Pat's was good for her popularity on the show...we'll see but I'm sure the best game ever is yet to come.

And it'll probably be Dave's. :-D
