Curious to see what other people here think of them. I'm talking about offers that are obviously so low that there's no possible way to justify accepting them, of course. They're obviously a strategic part of the game in the UK version we all love, but as someone coming from the Aussie version where they virtually nonexistent outside of the occasional round 1 joke offer, they seem a little... against the spirit of the game? I'm not really sure what to think here, I guess.

Forcing offers are FAR less common than they used to be on the UK version as the Banker usually uses the Fair Deal (a statistical measure of how much the board is worth based on its volatility, which can be calculated here: http://www.bothersbar.co.uk/cellar/dornd.htm ) even on low money boards. Also, the offer button twist pretty much prevents the Banker from making a joke opening offer, so the only time joke offers show up nowadays is the 2nd offer.
