That being said, here's my answer to your question.
Greed: When a player turns down a good offer on a precarious board because they are fixated on winning the highest remaining amount on the board. After declining said offer, said high amount is taken out in the next round, leaving nothing but crap left. If they're lucky, Box 23 will bail them out with the extra 10 grand, but in most cases, it makes a bad situation worse.
Alternative, player deals an exceptionally poor offer on an exceptionally good board just to grab what they can - consequentially cutting the game short, creating a possibly large anti climax and having a complete disregard of the opportunities ahead?
Could this be considered greed? I would very much consider this to be greed.
