Help On DOND Flash Game

hi guys!

i want to try and make a new flash game of deal or no deal but do you know how to make games because i never have!

and if you do give me advice could you also say what program is good to use?

if i end up making it ill pm you the link so endemol dont give it a cease and desist!

there is a programme called visual basic, i dont know where you could get it from. type it in on google, you would have to pay for the full version but i think you can get a free trial
