Wouldn't it be great to see a contestant choose 17 boxes, and be left with all of the Power 5 high reds at the 5 box stage. The odds of being left with £35,000 to £250,000 after opening 17 boxes are .00379% or to put it another way, you have a 1 in 26,385 chance. If Deal Or No Deal is shown approximately every day of the year (including Sundays) for the next 72 years statistically you could expect to see that happen just once, just one time in 26,385 shows, once in 72 years! So if and when it happens, be amazed!

That would be good...but a 1p/10p/50p/£1/£5 final five would also be rather cool. (Sorry, that sounds pretty sadistic!)

(And actually, Brenda was pretty close. If I remember rightly, she had £10k/£35k/£50k/£75k/£250k!)

The power 5 final 5 happened in a forum DOND game (which I was banking!!)

OK, the £250,000 had been reinstated by a "bonus box" and the other amounts reshuffled, but still remarkable - particularly as the player then had £100,000 and £250,000 as the final two and won the quarter million!

I make it 1 in 26334.

With nine boxes left to open, Brenda's game had all eight of the five- and six-figure amounts in play, along with the £750. The chance of keeping the top eight boxes in play with nine boxes remaining is 1 in 35530; less likely than having the Power 5 as your final five. And still she didn't make the Hall of Fame this week...

 Is there a link to this game?

This was the game, it was a special one with bonus box and offers that could be in different currencies and include non-cash prizes.

And [thanks to your round one offer] it was a swap to the £250,000.

Well sort of... but the box he swapped to didn't contain it until he hit the bonus box and reshuffled them!
