Are "fans" of the show starting to moan too much about how the show has evolved? Should the rules be changed as everyone seems to think the banker shouldnt try mind games? Every box should contain £250000 and every offer should be £250000 with no risk at all. This would be a truly entertaining 60 minutes and we would always have the big winners we all know they should be anyway, but arent because they are not brave. oh dear oh dear oh dear.

I don't see the problem with it, it's a discussion forum after all! Although I'm not sure we need a new thread each time the banker does something 'naughty', it'd probably be easier to just use one of the existing 'banker behaviour' threads.

I voted yes.

I bet you was really hoping that he would have continued in live play at the third offer... and maybe, just maybe had hoped he would have been brave for the Bankers Gamble... though yes, I know it's a BIG gamble...

How long did he take thinking about the third offer? As it took him longer that needed to ask for the question.

Um... "It took him longer than needed to ask for the question"? Surely that's his judgement, might have been an easy decision for you (and probably for me in truth), but that's not really the point. I'd love to be a fly-on-the-wall if you ever went to the studios...!

Perhaps some of us forum members should start a "Get Mark to the Dream Factory" appeal?

LOL

Well... if I lived near Bristol (only been there once)... I would have been to see many, many games... then I probably would have mumbled "OH DEAR... OH DEAR... OH DEAR..." and I would also post each players game who I went to see recorded live (including air date)....

MAYBE next year I will go...

One of my top three / five pet hates about the show is third round deals... if it works out for the player then it's fine, but it's not if it doesn't, like for today's game.

I'd only spent 1 night in Bristol prior to my first visit to the Dream Factory. There's usually quite a good percentage of pilgrims each day that aren't from Bristol (excluding friends and family)

Haha! I'd be tempted to pay the fare for him!

How funny would it be to have a bad proveout and a "Should've been a LOT more brave!!" aside from an irate pilgrim!

So you think forum members have gone too far with these "did the Banker go too far with the mind games" polls?

*stifles laugh*

:eyes: :eyes: ;) ;) ;) ;)

I voted 'It's a game show for entertainment purposes, just get over it'.

Because, let's be fair, there's no actual rule that states that forum members are not allowed to put up such polls...

Yes, maybe they will get annoying after a while... but in that case, just take no notice of them.

:eyes: :eyes: ;) ;) ;)

I've gone for 'Yes', even though I set one of these up the other day. I'll try not to from now on, as, I agree, it is getting kind of silly. So I'm keeping well out of polls like this from now on.

And LOL at the idea of Mark being at the studio!

The Banker would probably throw him out! :P

And yes, even though I did a poll myself I will not do any more of these.

You do actually realise that the player doesn't actually know whether it's going to work out at the time they make their decision?

I put yes.

And yeah, I think we should get mark down to Bristol to be a pilgrim. ;)

Actually no, we should get him to apply and then if there's a blue in his box.... then we shall be saying

OH DEAR OH DEAR OH DEAR....
OH DEAR OH DEAR OH DEAR........

Mark your answer contradicts itself. You say if you lived closer you would visit more and post all results etc. Do you not realise how serious they treat that?? You would be banned staright away. Believe me, the production team read this forum, as well as the official one, and twitter accounts if known regulars!!! You would be banned from the dream factory the first time you posted a result.

Well me going to the dream factory would probably never happen... and the only thing I would do is post the name of the person and air date!... didn't say anything about result.
