Considering it's the show with only one question, it could be the world's shortest quiz book. :-)

On the other hand it could be like the video game a few posters said they'd seen in their local pubs. Not quite sure how that worked.

Doesn't look very official to me from the cover, even though they reckon it is!

Well it's not the official "logo" is it? (I mean the box with Deal or No Deal inside.)

Mmmm. That's what I thought. Not too sure whether it is actually official, even spells Noel Edmonds' name wrong in the description of it!

Talking of books I think they should bring out a 'Deal Or No Deal Book For Dummies...A Reference For The Rest Of Us!' where they have information and statistics about every game.

Or how about '101 things you didn't know about the contestants'

and for children they could do a 'Where's Noely?' instead of 'Where's Wolly?'

Ah, I can see it happening, DOND fans rushing to nearest bookstores to get their hands on 'em!! :-D

You know everywhere is going World Cup mad with England Flags and facepaints etc being shown everywhere? Well seen as DOND is going twice daily, maybe they should sell DOND appreciation kits, with a gameboard, pencil, contestant biographies and of course...stick on Noel Beards!

Won't it be if you want to open box 6, turn to page 18, things like that?

I think it is official- maybe Edmunds was Amazon's mistake.

I saw this in town, and it looked....pretty rubbish, really. I'll buy it when it's inevitably reduced to about 10p.

What is it all about. Is it just like the rules of the game and classic games etc?

I really am confused on how it would be interesting if it is a quiz book.

From what I saw, the first bit was just various boards, and you had to guess what the banker's offer would be. (I'm not sure if these were from actual games or just hypothetical.) Then the next part was a real "game", but you just get shown the board at each stage and the offer - there's no variation in terms of which boxes you pick. It looked pretty crap really.

On the new site dealornodeal.co.uk, there is information on the book, and an example runthrough of how the book works. Looks to be a fairly good buy, and it's available to purchase now.

Sorry if this has been said before, but there's a DoND board game which is going to be released in August. :D

Bumped as I found it in Waterstone's yesterday.

I had a brief look through, it seems very confusing. :?
The first bit just shows various in-play game boards, you're given a choice of 3 banker offers and you have to guess the right one, which is mostly very easy.
Then there was what seemed to be something like a proper game, it confused me greatly though.
