Feb 1 Contestant Geordie is currently earning an annual salary slightly in excess of the £20 that he won on the show marketing the City of Inverness Highland Games featuring the Masters World Championships which is taking place in Bught Park Arena in Inverness on the weekend of 22-23 July this year.

Geordie - is apparently plugging the event all over the internet with no shame whatsover - and according to informed sources the cunning Geordie is using www.invernesshighlandgames.com - a website that he edits as a vehicle in which to make no mention whatsoever of Deal or No Deal or this forum.

I think any contestant who doesnt mention that they were on Deal or No Deal every day for the rest of their life is failing to live up to the unwritten rule that people should be warned if you have sat in the seat and spoken to Noel so that they can ask you about the show.

I also think that they should not get involved in selling anything unless they have their episode number stamped on their forehead.

What do you think?

Should Geordie be allowed to go on and on about Scotland's biggest ever Highland Games featuring 100 Heavies and 9 World Championships and the amazing Blazin Fiddles in concert.

Well obviously the answer to that is yes but what about the identification of former contestants.

Especially at great family days out like the City of Inverness Highland Games.

GEORDIE
By the way - the White Helmets Motor Cycle Display Team will be there on the Sunday!

The only problem with Inverness is that in comparison to the rest of the UK it is right in the middle of nowhere and not terribly accessible!

I was up that way last year in my own fruitless attempt to prove the existance of the Loch Ness Monster, and it took us ages to drive there! (Nice part of the world though!)

Besides all else, I already have my holiday booked for this year for the end of July in Austria/Germany, so can't come anyway, even though I'd quite like to. So there.

As to the main question. Yes, why not tattoo a contestants episode number to their forehead so we can recognise them more easily! That sounds quite reasonable. I wouldn't mind doing the job myself, as I could think of of few places I'd like to tattoo episode numbers on (especially on female contestants), but this is a family forum so I believe I shall decline. You'll have to use your imaginations! ;)
