Which game was best for twists, turns, agony, ecstasy?

For a turn around, Gary who won the £100,000 was one of the best - he started a game which looked destined for disaster (if I remember correctly), and then he went on to have a red (was it £20,000?) and £100,000 left; no-dealed and won £100,000, which was in his box.

And also Morris (the poet)'s game for excitement - having £20,000 and £250,000 left, and turning down an offer of £101,000, and then winning £20,000 in his box. However, I knew that had anyone won the £250,000, it would have probably been reported in the press somewhere, so I knew it was fairly likely he didn't win the £250,000. But an exiciting game anyway.

He had the £10,000 and the £100,000 left. ;)

I don't think there has been a best show. They've all been so great in their own way. :-D

Sarah. :-D

But taking her out of the other equation as it's unfair to all the other contestants...I don't know. They're all good for different reasons - June's and Gaz's were two of my favourites lately, but they were both completely different shows! Which I guess is the appeal of the show...like Noel says, each one is different, depending on who's playing.

So I'll stick with Sarah's.

Every game is different theresa some contestants who just ooze personality might not win much but its a great show because of them. theres the games where the player thrashes the banker and finally theres the daring few who go all the way to the end and have you at the edge of your seats.

I agree with h2005, Gary's game was fantastic. June and Kirsty's games were also great for slightly different reasons.

It just HAS to be Gary's FANTASTIC (100K) game for me.... from the *hundreds and thousands* comment to the opening of the 100,000 box!! :-D

I don't think my cat would agree though since I scared her half to death by jumping up and yelling when the 100K was revealed!

Other faves have to be Aaron, Gazza, Kirsty....... oh I could be here all night but those are the other three that first spring to mind!! ;)

:-D

Yeah good selection of favourites there. I almost forgot about Sam's game. That was a great game as she was so greatful for the money and it was such an emotional game. She made the perfect deal at the perfect time and she was considering go on as well. Good job she didn't. :-D

My justifications for liking them

Sarah H - absolutely hilarious, possibly the funniest show ever, plus a very nice sum of money won

Gaz - an amazing turnaround after knocking out 50k and 250k in round 1

Saj - again, an amazing turnaround and she had box 11! She seemed genuinely nice too.

Sam - amazing start to primetime shows, huge win and an incredible deal bearing in mind she was tempted to go on.

It has to be £100000 Gaz for me too. Destroyed the board early on and yet somehow managed to win a fortune!

I also liked Vanessa's game as it was the first one i remember where a player went to the end with a blue v high red scenario and opened the box. Brave lady. Think she won the £20000. Also, she's from Bognor, which is where i used to live, so I'm allowed to be biased...

for me it was saj's game. i really was looking on the negative side and thought she would only have 15k in her box but she had 50k. plus she was such a nice person and kept getting really low offers but ended up winning loads!

 hey - thanks guys to all of you who voted for me in the Best Show of the Month poll and also the Best Show ever - how unreal is that! Life after DOND is just crazy - loads of people ranging from students to OAPs have beeen coming into the ice cream parlour to congratulate us and ask questions about the show - I really didn't realise just quite how popular DOND is - it seems everyone watches it. Just in case you are wondering my favourite show has to be Morris's purely for his courage - the hard est decision I had to make in my show was the swap - and that wasn't shown on tv! Anyway guys - take care and thanks again, Gaz.
