The options are (as decided by Round 1 of 2):

Jan 2009: Mary - £75,000
Mar 2009: David (aka h2005) - £6,500
Dec 2009: Corinne - 1p

It has to be Corinne.

Mary's game was brilliant, no doubt about it, but ultimately the risk she took was nowhere near as big (still plenty exciting mnd you!). And as for your game h2005, while it certainly had lots of comedy value, in gameplay terms it was fairly average, and so I'm going to have to go with Corinne! She beat Morris' 3 and a half year record of most money lost by no dealing, and yet she barely seemed upset at all! It was kind of surreal actually; although she wasn't rich, she was fine with living the way she did - she wanted nothing other than that car! In fact, I bet that her biggest regret was not swapping rather than turning down £88,000. Really, she deserved to win the £250,000 much more than Laura or Alice did, but unfortunately luck doesn't take sides...

The fact it was the only game I saw live also adds to it slightly.

I agree with matt26. Going with Corinne.

So it's a choice between accidental Wakeyism, surrealness or mad gambling.

Can't not vote for H. Almost as funny as Farmer Clive's game, and like his it was a £10k-peak game where the five-box Deal taken was the next best thing!!

Shame Doreen's not in the list but I'll vote David/h2005 here.

Between Mary and Corinne for me - with Mary edging it for me.

Mary's was hilarious i'll admit, but Corinne's was MUCH more tense and exciting. Which is why I watch Deal, for the tension and the excitement.
Sure it's good to have a laugh along the way but I can think of so many more games funnier than Mary's and David's.
It would have been so much more difficult to choose if the top three had been my personal best games of 2009, (Doreen, Corinne and Lisa).
But I think I would still have gone for Corinne.
If Corinne doesn't win this then I don't know what will.

There are only two games worth thinking about here and thats Mary and Corinne's. Going for Corinnes!!

I'm sticking with my vote in the original heat, so Mary, but I really don't think she'll win!

out of the 3 i only saw mary's, which was really funny and tense so i'm going for mary

Tough choice, they were all great for different reasons. With Corinne's game, her 2 box decision was incredible. I don't think there will ever be another player who will say no deal to £88k on a 1p/£250k finish. Some will call her brave, others will call her foolish, but it made brilliant TV! David's game was brilliant for the comedy. I don't think I laughed more at DOND all year. Sensible deal too. Mary's game was all about that legendery slip of the tongue where she accidentally said no deal. The next round was so tense, and it was also a funny game. I'm going to vote for Mary. Sorry David!

Loved all 3 but it has to be Corinne! H you were close though.

I knew what to expect with Corinne's, whereas Mary's was out of the blue. Still not knocking her bravery though.
