If/When Deal or No Deal finally comes to an end... how will they do it?
When the last player plays, there will be 21 other contestants who don't get to play?
I would hate to be one of these final 21 not playing.
Any ideas for the... dare I say it.... END of Deal or No Deal?!

Well, the current filming contract ends in December 2010, so it might not be too long before it happens.

Chance are it'll probably be one of the two following scenarios:

a) They replace people with past players of DOND who had memorable games, but those people don't play again (e.g. people like 50-show Lucy, 250k Laura and Alice, 1p Nick etc.)

b) They make it so that what the main player wins in their game, all the other 21 players win as well. Could make the advice the wings give a lot more interesting...

The first option would be cool, although I'm pretty sure the 'official' line is that they'll use the production team to open the remaining boxes.

I don't think Deal or no Deal will end anytime soon unless someone is 'in the know' so's to speak. If so then why end a winning formula? It would be counter-productive after all.

And my apologies to all on this forum for my absense of late but have had PC and internet problems since late November 2009. (Thank you Dell for the advice that was about as useful as a chocolate teapot!)

I would loved to have commented on Emma's game (30/11/09) but couldn't but that's somewhat academic now. But she did well and gave both the East and West Wing contestants to be much inspiration.

Recent games have gone somewhat up and down but no reason IMO to ditch it.

Phil.

I sure would like to see Deal or No Deal reach 5 years old. If anything they should cancel Countdown, thats been running about 30 odd years?
Deal or No Deal FTW!
