Do you think that?

I do

here are some examples
------------------------------------------
Patrick (Recent): Shall i get rid of the 1p?
Gary (Recent, not gaz): Go on then

patrick reveals 1p
-------------------------------------------
Noel: not the 100k or the 1/4M please

its 100k

on some occasions hes said this and has been 250k
-------------------------------------------
Colin:I've got 5 elephants in this box

he reveals £5
-------------------------------------------
Noel: not 50k, 75k, 100k, or 1/4M please louise

its £50,000
-------------------------------------------
because of this i think noel is the IA

I doubt it. Noel says "don't let it be x" before most boxes, so it's bound to come up sometimes. People do seem to guess the 1p pretty often, but we don't see the full edit, so it's probably the case that half of them think they have the 1p, and they only leave it in the actual show if they do! And as for "5 elephants"...that could have applied to anything that began with a 5!

What an absolutely ridiculous suggestion. How the hell would that work if the contestants knew? Why would June say "yes pick me, I have a blue" only to reveal the 250k? And Noel can't remember opening offers or what previous contestants won, let alone what value is in each box on each show (they film three shows a day....)

Also, why wouldn't Kirsty have swapped? Why did Julia swap away 20k for 15k? Why would anyone open the 250k box if they knew where the money was? The whole idea of the show is that no-one knows where the money is - if they did, the show just wouldn't exist as a game as everyone would win 100k+.....

They probably edit out most of the "predictions", except for the ones that are spot on, or sometimes those that are spectacularly wrong like June's "blue" yesterday!

Do you think everyone knows what's in the boxes?

No, for the reasons given by daniel4389 and never_wrong.

None of them have that kind of foresight, I doubt Endernol would let them play if they did D:

What may be a possibility is that Noel gets a word in his ear from someone in the production team about what's in a box just as it's about to be opened on occasions - allowing him to react first to what is revealed, but also meaning he can make comments like "Wouldn't it be great if this was the 1p..." etc.

They probably don't really do this, but I wouldn't rule it out completely.

I used to think that maybe Noel knew what was in the boxes after the contestant dealed, (in other words, someone told him in his ear)but I'm not sure now. I don't think he knows at all and all the predictions are coincidence.

What a ridiculous suggestion. Now and again the predictions are bound to be right, they'll just cut out all the wrong ones. I know this is pretty similar to what other people have said but I had to have my say.

That is a rediculous suggestion, I have a guess sometimes at home and I surprise people, but at the end of the day its only a lucky guess.

There are also lots of counter-examples to that theory, though - for example, I remember in Maxine's game he seemed to be really pushing her to swap the box, when it turned out that would have been the wrong decision. Unless he really disliked Maxine, I doubt he knew what was in the boxes then!

I have to admit Patrick did show signs of psychic powers but I don't think they do know what is in the boxes.

I'm certain the contestants don't know. I'd be surprised if Noel knows.

I am, however, concerned the Banker knows.

No one knows

That was part of the deal when Noel decided to take it on.

If people knew what was in the boxes, someone would have won £250,000 by now given that the banker usually offers the swap at the end.

If contestants knew then there is no way they would end up with the 1p it would be discussed amongst them to ensue they all win a decent amount and it would cripple the show if they did
