No but I might have dealt Kelsie's 160K proveout offer because it was just over double the fallback.

I would never deal on a 100k/250k finish if the offer was 175k or below, because I'd see it as already being a winner, given the guaranteed win of 100k.

Now there's been two winners I don't think I'd gamble £75,000 on a coin-flip. Anything much below the mean and I'd go for it though.

This is where my "Wakeyist" side kicks in: if I were to have an all-Power 5 final 2, I would No Deal regardless and open my box

I've always thought the gap between the top two amounts is way too big but I suppose a scenario like this still gives a player something to think about.

That said, I'd probably no deal in this situation for the same reasons others have said. Unlike most of the people who posted when this exact question came up on another forum I frequent. I don't think many of them appreciate how much you'd go through to actually get this finish though.

I'd no deal as I'd be delighted with £100k.

No deal from me... £100k is already a huge amount so I'd be happy to go with it.

OK, put it in this context then.....

You win £100k on Deal or no deal (how you win it isn't important). Then you are walking down the street the following and an eccentric millionaire walks up to you and says "I'll give you £75k out of the goodness of my heart and if you want, we can toss a coin, double or nothing. It's up to you whether you walk away with this present or gamble for more". Do you keep your £75k or do you take the gamble?

The same scenario really, the difference being that the decision and the hype is off the cameras. Would you be more likely, less likely or just as likely to take the coin flip.

Deal in a nano second. If the offer was 174k I'd probably ND.

100% No Deal, you couldn't go away with less than £100k!

I'd probably deal £160,000 and above.

£175,000 is an insta deal. At the end of the day, even with £100,000 guaranteed I'm still not flipping a coin for £75,000!

Same goes for £60,000, though obviously here i'm getting much better odds on my flip. For £60,000 however, I still avoid the variance and take the deal.

Less than that, no deal.

Only because of the other sum left being £100,000, which to everyone is still a life changing amount, so it's win/win situation really.
