In my eyes it is the same chance as someone dealing at the first offer!

I don't think they'll ever do £500,000 specials again, so the answer to that is no.

No because people generally bottle it when the offers get to 30-40K+ anyway.

Well I think there's only ever been 4(?) £500k games, and even if the probability is the same as a £250k winner at roughly 1 in every 500 shows, then assuming one £500k game per year we will see it in about 500 years' time! Although with Banker's Gambles it's possible they could set it up if there happened to be a game where it stayed in play and the player had dealt.

No guarantee there will be any more £500k games in the near future anyway, they haven't used it for some time. Probably more chance of seeing it through the country experiencing hyper-inflation reducing the current prize amounts to small change than any other way...

There won't be anymore £500,000 games as the revenue is nowhere near as great as it used to be back in the day...simple as...

I don't think it would happen, unless the board was very strong or if the player was a Wakeyist. The offers on a £500k board would be too much for most people to risk.

I remember that on deal or no deal's second birthday there was a £500,000 on the board but on the third birthday I expected one but never came.
I think that the answer is no especially if on the 1000th show there is not one, I doubt there will be one.

Anyway it's hard to match brave players with £250,000 so what are the chances with £500,000?

In the unlikely event that £250,000 and £500,000 were still left at 5 box, or £500,000 and £100,000
the kind of offer you would get at 5 box would make you want to deal!

Whilst I would like to see 500k games every so often, it's always a bit of an anti-climax if it's found early in the game as it basically returns to a normal game. The doubled board that was done for the 2nd birthday was better.

Of course they're unlikely to ever do larger money games now, especially when Channel 4 are trying to save money (as are other TV channels). With Noel Edmonds apparently in line for a wage reduction along with many other Channel 4 stars > http://www.mirror.co.uk/celebs/news/200 ... -21185651/
