Lowest ever in-play offer. Today. Sally. 21p. :-D :? :-D

Although it would have been even better if the banker's offer caption had said "21p" rather than "£0.21" as it did. I suppose there's no rules on that, as they very rarely have an offer below £1!

yeah, Fadil nearly had a 4p offer! But missed it by 1 box. :x

Like Tom Hanks and his football on that island in 'Cast Away', it looks like it's just me and the bots here now. But that's alright, we're having a grand old time. Aren't we, Wilson? WILSOOOON?!

A few of us who were once part of the furniture, once stalwarts of the grand and extravagant, exuberant and thriving forum, have receded back into the walls, still faintly visible, still here as poignant, reminding relics of an era gone by; but most of us have vanished, forever immersed in the mists of time.

I think Raj's 64p offer came up as "64p", didn't it? I'll check...

Yes, it did! Clearly they changed the rules between his game and Sally's. :?

Geordie can still claim dealing at the lowest offer as Sally didn't accept 21p!

I'd have accepted 21p if it weren't for the other box being the elusive 50p! A hilarious new record, and I'd get a drink from Geordie. :D

Yes, that's what I meant.

BANKER'S
---------------------64p
OFFER

as opposed to

BANKER'S
------------------- £0.21
OFFER

Nick was on the verge of a 1p/10p final two, too! (Although it turned out it would have been impossible, as neither was in his original box.) Seems the 1p winners have an unfortunate habit of keeping the other penny amounts to near the end... :?

It looks as though we could be seeing [possible spoiler - highlight text to read] several more low offers, possibly even beating the 21p record, what with at least one 1p winner coming up next week! Should be interesting...

to beat the 21p record, Connell must have had a 1p/10p final 2, or 1p/50p, offer say, 17p if he turned down 17,000 or something like that. :)

Or even 1p / £1 if the banker is in a sour mood. It was a very generous offer (however ironic that might sound) that Sally got.

I don't think he was saying Connell definitely has a lower final offer, just that it's possible if there are one or more 1p games next week.

Someone winning 1p will more than likely have a blue or "honorary blue" left with the 1p at the end, unless they're a real gambler like Fadil!
