when someone wins big by going right to the end. do you think the win seems more dramatic by the other number there?

for example, hiliary won £50k and avoided £5 and so we all said it was an excellent game. it was. however, if her final two had been £35k and £50k would you have found it as tense as it was with the actual final two?

hmmm maybe not so much. i found saj's game incredibly tense, and hers wasn't really an 'all-or-nothing' scenario.

but i guess the game's like hilary's and fadil's are probably more exciting because the player actually stands to lose a lot of money

Obviously not because in that scenario there's not that much to lose. Even in the worst possible outcome you would still win £35,000. Nice position to be in! Choosing between £5 and £50,000 however is all or nothing, which is why it's so tense.
