I was given a personalised DOND tea mug last Christmas, and would like to buy one for a friend's birthday. Anyone know of anywhere I can get one from?

There are some unofficial ones lurking around on eBay. It's a shame Orry never put the mugs he "stole" on eBay... he probably would've got quite a bit for them if the right people had been bidding...
