Watching each show from home gives people an opportunity to decide what they would do if they were in the chair in terms of when they would deal or not.

One of the forum's most popular threads is "what would you have done today".

What do you think would be the effect of sitting in the chair for you compared to playing the show from home?

Would it make you more cautious as real money was offered to you,
more of a gambler as the excitement of being there made a difference and the adrenalin was flowing,
or would you make the same sort of decision that you do at home?

More cautious....to be honest if I got a first offer of £10,000 like today I can see myself just thinking "This is ridiculous, someone's offering me £10k for doing nothing, why the hell would I turn that down?" and taking it. Then again I'd probably be shot by Noel...

I like to think I'd stay the same, but I might end up more adventurous or more cautious... I can't really say. Probably the latter under normal circumstances, but the former if I had a golden board.

I'd like to say I was more cautious, just in case... but I'd probably be the same.

I'm a "don't know"! I may end up thinking to any offer "Oh, that's a huge wad of cash, there still one or more worthless blues on th baord and sod the potential gain" or I may end up thinking "Oh the offer's really small compared to whichever big values are left so I might as well chase them"! It would all depend on the general mood at the time I reckon.

I think I wouldn't be that much different. If anything, perhaps a little bit more cautious.

I'm not sure to be honest. I suspect i'd like to be a bit adventurous and just go for it depending on the board & offers etc.

I'd just be happy to be there and have the experience and whilst of course we all want to go home with a decent amount of money I would also enjoy the rush and excitement that you'd get. Hopefully with a joyous end and not a crushing defeat.

I wouldn't try so hard to be entertaining. I'll just be myself.

the same probably but I'd try and take calculated risks and be more laid back about gambling potential moderate amounts like 10K and even 15K than i used to be.

You're not gambling with your own money so it's the 'scale of the offer opportunity' to think about and if it wasn't that big and/or offers poor like recently I'd probably wakey it.

I'd probably go for 50% money, 50% experience (if I ever bothered to apply and got on).

Probably more adventurous. As they always say, you're only going to play the game once, so if I was playing, I'd probably go for it. If I won loads of money, great, if not, I got to play Deal or no Deal.

It's not possible for me to be much more cautious, so I think I'd be about the same.

 Greeny. You have reverted to type again lately after a period of moderately aggressive play. Has your account been hacked by a gambler in your halls and you've now got it back? :D

I'd play the game with the same analytical approach, and the same focus on generosity of the offer as opposed to raw magnitude, but couldn't hope to say whether I'd be more or less risk-taking - that'd depend upon a combination of factors, not least the prevailing offer trend in the games I'd seen on the wings. (For instance, Steven's £27,500 third offer that he famously took and was slaughtered for, that's a Deal for me normally, but given the offer patterns at the time I'd have said No Deal anticipating a fourth offer close to the mean and then taking that. Sure enough, one arrived, albeit in perfect conditions for inflated offers - unexpected 11-box Deal and one of the greatest guilt trips of all time from Noel.)

I'd like to think i would be a bit adventurous if i was in the chair but i think i would be a bit more cautious as it would be real money your dealing with and there would be a few things i would like to do with that money!
