why is this fine fansite to a truly unquie show from time to time turns into a slanging match, people have there views rightly or wrongly including more importantly the contestants on the show they might have a goal in mind and who are we to dis-respect that.

it would be nice for every player to have a large pay out, but some people are stronger than others, yes it seems the brave people are rewarded with sums of money that dont reflect this and such is life that people like Richard who bottle it miss out on the big wins and the flip side the greedy ones who deserve the low blues.

i would love to see some of the ' i would of gone on' people in the game in live play and see where the prioritys are then and see when they would deal when they are looking at the game falling around them box by box.

you have to have a plan B

i'm sure many people are thinking the same i'm just saying it

thank you

I'm sure you're right about the priorities in live play thing, but to be fair if it wasn't for people voicing their opinions on here then the site wouldn't exist. That's what it's here for, no?

Yeah i can see where you are coming from, i just think some people on here just kind of want the last word and voice there opinions in an extreme way but at the same time not going to far!

But i have noticed recently there are more and more people coming onto this site with a bigger attitude to No Dealing and flame some people for dealing

Richard deserved every ounce of flack and abuse he got he truly was a disgrace to the show and one of the weakest people I have ever seen.

I'll admit that wasn't a good deal, but I wouldn't call him a disgrace to the show! All contestant's are equal! (Obviously we all have our favourites. For example yours might be Laura? and your least favourite would be Richard?)

Cannot believe this topic was created. People have views and this is a forum. If you don't like it then there is nothing you can do.

Personally I think Richard deserved every ounce of flack others gave him about his deal (including myself). That's my opinion. I don't voice it as strongly as some people, and by all means argue a point. But everyone's opinion should be respected, wether you like it nor not.

fair enough look back at the past games it is the same people saying the same things, you don't know what people are thinking with the pressure of the live game - wanting to win some size able money - but it is a Game for goodness sake, 'there' game no one else's.

we all do it in the pub on football etc even deal in the pub, but when the comments are nasty and repetitive it becomes boring and tedious,

its a game show and every one has an opinion fair enough but there is more to life than slating people for dealing early, what about people dying in afganistan, lack of equipment for the troops etc..

deal is a game, but of fun for risk and reward,

people should remember that.

Nicely put.

And at the end of the day, it is a forum.

Possibly the most greedy and spineless person i've ever had the misfortune to witness. He is not just a disgrace to the show but to the whole human race.

Im sorry, im not defending him at all, but that was very very very harsh! Saying somebody is a disgrace to the human race i think is very harsh!

Sorry but I didn't like the "disgrace to the human race" comment either - it's making it sound as if he'd murdered someone or kept child *beep* or something, not someone who went on a game show and made a very poor/overcautious decision regarding money.

It was his potential money, nobody else's, and I'm sure with hindsight he regretted it and must have been kicking himself for the 50k/75k he could have won by dealing later for relatively little risk. (I didn't say 100k becuase I thought it would have taken quite a big risk to get that mind you...)

 WTF! Okay I loathed him after that game too but I didn't think of him as an accident to this earth. Okay I know you turn into a real drama queen sometimes but that is the jewel of the crown of all the posts you made. Shouldn't you have respect to his family and relatives?? Fine out of all the Paedos, Murderers, Cannibals and abducters, you put Richard in the front of all of them. Utterly pathetic!

Some members on here don't seem to be able to accept other peoples opinions without resorting to personal insults.

This is the problem with the well known few, they have to have the last word on a subject and ram their "opinions" down everyone's throat until the subject descends into a personal slanging match between members. Unlike the contestants that they take a disliking to, they don't have the ability to know when to stop or let go. Although they are just getting the reaction they are looking for when making their remarks, aiming to descend a decision that they didn't like into a argument where they then feel they are justified into throwing around their insults.

Ever thought of listening to your own words of wisdom?

A contestant makes their decision which in their opinion is right for themselves at that particular time, and then receives a torrent of personal insults.
