[b]Do you think there should be a anniversary, i have always wondered if they would mark lets say the 1000th show with all the pilgrims made up from the best and fav past contestants?
i have read that your not aloud to be a pilgim but i think it would make a fantastic show with stacks of advice [b]

For the 500th show anniversary they celebrated by bringing back a load of past contestants to be in the audience and raised the jackpot to £500,000.

I'm certain they will do the same type of thing for the 1000th show and will no doubt offer a top prize of £1,000,000.

If you have been a contestant on the show then you can only return as pilgrim if Endemol invite you specially. Which is usually only for special shows, like the 500th.

I remember when the audience was made up of past contestants, they were a lot more enthusiastic than normal
