No; there is no news on it or anything as far as I'm aware, but a lot of people would rather not know, so if anyone does have any information about whether the QM has been won, or indeed any information about whether it's NOT been won then it should be posted in the SPOILERS section of this forum.

I do have a hunch that the next person to win it will be called Hgskgf Fdeklkseftghjklhtfwsdfghjoluhfrd, a 28-year-old Swedish trainee presenter of DOND. But that is just a hunch, they could also be called Ewjklds Ewetolpidfghpoiyes.

If only. Just after £250k Laura's show was recorded, we had about 5 newbies all signing up and posting in DOND General Discussion saying "The £250k is won". I don't think we'll ever get an unspoilt jackpot win. The only good thing is if there are several rumours at once and you don't know which to believe.

Well, I'm hoping that any second jackpot win wouldn't be as 'newsworthy' as Laura's win, which would mean it wouldn't make the tabloids. Time will tell.

Well, we ended 2007 with only 1 £250K winner but we could've had 7 during that year

So the answer is simple: no one

The next QM winner will be someone with the guts to go all the way. And yes, I am almost sure it will be leaked to the press somehow. Same thing might happen when someone finally wins the million dollars on the US version.

That's the problem with it being recorded so far in advance that it's bound to be leaked by someone from the audience, and then the fact Noel will talk about the 2nd QM in future games so that more audience members will hear about it. It would be practically impossible to keep it a secret.

But then I guess even if games were recorded a week in advance it'd still be spoilt. Every person who's won the million on Millionaire has been leaked to the press and the last one was on the front page of the Daily Mirror.

There's just no feasible way of stopping people from blabbing.

I really hope that if there is another winner, that i find out by watching their show, not finding out weeks before hand.

I'm hoping the same thing. I don't think it would make the tabloids, but I think if it is ever won again, it'll be leaked on the internet within hours.

Like I said there's only been one QM winner, by now we should've had 20 QM winners...

It's just the way the boxes open...we haven't had a good finish to a game with the £250,000 still in play since Bunney and he got £110,000 out of it - having said that I wonder if it wasn't for Sarah's card he would have won the jackpot.

But since then, there hasn't been a strong finish to a game. We've come close with Daniel and Theresa, but Daniel found the £250,000 in his last box, and Theresa found the £100,000 not the last blue else she'd have had the dream finish!

The only recent game I can think of someone coming close was Patricia, but she had already taken a very decent £70,000 offer.

The only other game I can think of apart from these was Graeme in May who was still in play at 2 box with the £250k still in play too. He got £101k and the £250k was in the other box....whether he would have taken the swap or not.....who knows (probably unlikely though)

Graeme actually said he thought that Box 22 (his box) was the one containing the biggie, so I'm 99.9% sure he wouldn;t have swapped!
