So here we are in 2008! But what were some of your favourite moments of the year just ended, DONDwise?

I think we hit DOND perfection with January, a month I could happily watch almost all of the shows back to back from. Early March saw a good lot of contestants and some incredible games, especially Chantelle's, but then I think we hit a bit of a low around April time, when blue chants and blue wins took over the show. May saw some incredible characters and some very memorable games from Graeme and PJ, even though we did enter a run of blue wins and early Deals soon after. It was great fun being the audience for a few summer shows, and that run of shows in July and August were amazing, another 'golden age' where great contestants were matched with great games.

Battle of the Sexes saw quite a few blue wins but we did get a £100,000 box win from Maria at the end of the month, and standout characters of the time included Ed, Jean, Planet Joan and Little Rich. The £10,000,000 milestone was broken in October and Halloween Week saw some frightfully good fun, and Chris B's £76,000 was very good indeed! We ended the year with Scrooge v Santa and a week of Christmas Star shows.

What were your best moments of 2007, though? There's a lot to choose from!

There have been moments I liked and so remember them, but also moments I didn't like and remember them as well. :P Here are mine (in rough chronological order):

My favourite memorable moments of 2007:

How close-knitted the 22 in January seemed to be
Stuart (1) having his box put on his head
Pyschic Sarah and her psychicness
Gabrielle and Noel and the pink slippers
All the pirate props in Mary's game

Bob being quiet on the wings but mad in his game
Julian and the bin liner stuff
Doug's banter with Noel
Di's amazing no deal
The apparent recovery of the show in late April / May

The characters in May including Arrogant Jeff, Lionel and Derek
The powercut in Kerry's game
The 3 third offer deals in a week
Adam telling everyone to deal and then winning 1p
The £500k going first in show 500
Igor dealing 2p

Noel dressing as a woman in Dan's game
Robin and his moustache
The spades and buckets in the last show before the summer break
The first episode of Season 3 with Noel saying the date and "Welcome to Deal Or No Deal" with the heartbeat and the cut to the camera - it seemed so cheesy
Daniel's amazingly strong game

The swaps that seemed to always work (Maria with £100k, James and £15k)
Jean and her black widowness
The Halloween week which peaked with Chris B's £76k win
Denis being a legend
JC and his relationship with the banker

Jonny the tramp (which was overdone in the end...)
The Santa / Scrooge twist

My not so favourite memorable moments of 2007:

Craig getting 3 swaps in a row
Bunney's songs
Alex and the limbo dance
Wine Richard and the offer to Andrew
All the luck props in Gloria's game

Jayne and Chantelle's singing
Gus shouting "Blo, blo, blo"
All the other chanting – “blue”, “quarofamillion” and “three”…
Noel's Wakeyism which peaked in March
Nigel's game, where I was sick of Noel, didn't like Nigel and had no favourites on the wings for the first time since the show began
The end of March when robots took over

Show 500 which was a bit flat really with not much behind the scenes stuff and an average win on a £500k board
PJ and his swap
Norman and his trumpet
The battle of the sexes ending up with a load of trainwrecks and low wins, the men winning and the women getting the better prize

The start of the dream offers
Ed and Pottsy being in a relationship
Both the 2nd anniversary show and show 600 - both were flat due to a trainwreck and a third-offer deal that went wrong
Michael and the worst deal ever
Artak's awful swap

The case of the weird editing, including Ian the Poet who read out 2 poems in 20 shows or however many shows he did
The "Cry or No Cry" month of December
Orry dressing up as a woman and then swapping away £100k

Well, for starters Laura's QM win! 8)

Followed by Bunney's £110K, Greame's £101K, Maria's £100K, PJ joining the 1p club with a twist and of course Sarah's psyhic talent! :D

We were also treated to very fit ladies like Amy-Lee, £32K Charlie, Kascey, Tina, Charly *The seducter!* and many others...

For me the highlight was visiting the Dream Factory for the first time. My luck was in that day, I watched Maria win £100K, then James win £15K, both great games.

Rons game still sticks in my mind as a highlight, even Noels voice was breaking with emotion when the final box was about to be opened.

Worst deal ever - Micheal taking £1K, with £100K still on the board, the look on his wifes face said it all.

I thought those first two Sam pictures were the same one, and you'd just edited the picture for the box value to be £50 instead of £750! :)

Here we go. I can see this being a short list. 8)

Frank's comedy-amount OPW, and his comedy AMO at the end
Bunney, though the novelty wore off
The box on Stuart's head
The 50p club being formed by someone who turned down an AMO
Adrian's OPW and Noel's volte-face
The three third-offer deals in a week, one of them by an apparent Wakeyist
Kerry's power cut and her OPW
Adam turning into Wakey and squandering £19,999.99 in the process
Jon G's £50k swap
Daniel's ridiculously strong board
'The audience want you to crash and burn'
Jean getting an OPW
Ed's advice and his OPW for 2p more than it should have been ;)
Speaking of 2p, Igor
The £69,750 proveout offer in Patricia's game
Noel's silence when the £250,000 was not revealed in Patricia's box, clearly through not having a non-insulting thng to say to her

I'll try to mention ones not already done:

Frank providing a feel-good start to the year (and that game included Julie with no trousers, Bunney;s debut, the funny sweep)
Brian (2) and his golf-themed game and OPW
Anything VENTRESS said or did
Psychic Sarah swapping for the 250k
The look of shock of everyone's face when Gladstone Alex took an offer that was virtually the mean on a two-box last 8
An audience with Bob
Gus' LTL speech
Debbie;s quote about playing the game is about the right deal at the right time in Chantelle's game
Charlie revealing 3k in Doug's game
Speaking of Charlie, her game which was the first massive OPW in a lifetime after weeks of gambles gone wrong, deals gone wrong, OPLs and hypo swaps gone wrong!
Kerry's proveout and her ending up apologising to the banker
Jeannie ending up with an all-blue final 5 after dealing
Rita not giving two hoots about her AMO proveout offers and 100k in the box
Roy's avoiding the 1p club speech
Kev hypo-swapping for the 1p
Savvas' "I wish I was a woman" quote on James' game
Derek's comedy game
Lionel recovering after the worst-possible 4th round
Joe being totally hyper and giving the first big OPW in a while
Penny's proveout, where I would have won 71p and she won £22,500
Harry picking the LTL box in Annie's game
Dan's comedy game
Brian miserably saying "right" when opening the £250,000 after maria's huge win
Rossano making the banker pay for huge errors
Norman and his trumpet
Planet Joan calling Ed "E.D"
James swapping £5 for £15,000
Danielle's proveout
Chris S's comedy game where several big characters started showing through
Abed's dramatic box openings and Charly's seductive ones ;-)
The one to open twist saving Maria from a total disaster
Charly avoiding the worst collapse of all time (sadly it's now happened with Katie)
Peter's comedy game with all the wing banter
Shaz taking full advantage of 3 terrible banker errors
James and JC avoiding the 1p club in the same week
Louise getting the only proper OPW in December due to terrible banker errors!

Plus all those that have been metioned already :)

The first £250,000 win
Chantelle winning £35,000 (and her game in general, really)
Chantelle and Jayne singing Delilah on St David's day.
Susan, Susan's game and pretty much anything she said or did.
Doug's game.
Maria(2)'s game.
Noel's face when £50k Lynn declined £17,500.
Julie.
Bunney's songs, and Bunney's game.
Graeme's 6 figure win.
Igor's 2p deal.
Planet Joan.
Jean revealing £100k in her 1st 3 games.
Jean stepping out of the coffin on Haloween.
Orry.
Brian's game.
Lynne and Jo's reaction to P.J winning 1p was so funny.
The little sketch of Orry, Jean and the banker at the very end of the year.

I'm sure I've forgotten loads, but they're the ones I remember right now.

VENTRESS's speech in Craig's game about how he could still win £250k, followed by the £250k going
The first 43 minutes or so of Nicola's game...basically except her having £50k in her box

Roy's "There's no way I'm joining the 1p club...DEAL" for £49
Leila
Den and her game
Jenine and Jo's unlikely £8k OPWs
Jeff Uncle
£7.5k Sarah
The endless run of £1k being won/brought to the table
Rodney's game
Wondering why on earth I was the only person not horrified by Kathleen's deal
Maria and Lynn's games
The fact that not only did a Carol finally appear, she was a *beep* legend and had an awesome game
Er, lots of probably great things that I missed
Sarah mentioning Pride and Prejudice!!!!!!
Poet Ian's game being so *beep* horrendous that it was funny
Louise's OPW
Orry's swap
Sylvia
Liz's game

Laura's 250k win

The banker locking himself in his room and then crying down the line the day after Laura's game

Little Rich's game and the moment when he laughed down the line at the banker

Chantelle's game, a very lovable character and well deserving of her 35k

Mary the pirate

Noel and his 'best mate Phil'
