what's been your favourite 'era' in deal or no deal? mines has got to be from march to june this year, so many good characters, especially in may. i'm skeptical as to whether it'll go back to a time like thaaat

I certainly hope it doesn't!

My favourite eras were May and August - October 2006, May because a lot of people stood out, Noel wasn't annoying, and the banker was sensible and August - October because there were a lot of good characters and games.

July and August this year were also quite good, especially the week leading up to the summer break!

February 2006 to May 2006 was my favourite ever era. August - October 2006 was pretty good too, as was December 2006 and January 2007. July - September of this year was another good time.

February-early May 2006 was the 'golden era', memorable players coupled with memorable moments and memorable games. Morris' incredible game on 6th May was the end of it.

I'd also nominate Margaret to Bunney, which spanned the end of November 06 to the end of January 07, for the same reasons as above, and another really strong era was Dan's game on July 4th all the way to Ron's game on September 2nd. I don't think it's been as good since, sadly, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong!
