That was November 2007 then. What did you think of it?

I think we started the month in quite a good way, the 22 seemed really well liked on here with Little Rich/Charly/Mary/Judy/etc, and we'd ended October with a fantastic game in the form of Chris B's. The first few shows were all specials, Rich and Maria playing their games in Halloween Week, then the 2nd birthday show with Helen and Charly's Bonfire Night spectacular.

Sad to say though that there weren't many games that wowed me this month. The ones that did have good games seemed to be those who played to the end and were lucky enough to have a mid-red in their box, like Charly and Mary, either that or when they got an offer of £25,000 as that seemed to be a good deal to go out, like for Steff and Shaz.

We also had a few not-so-good ones, though - Michael's very early and very low deal surprised the whole forum, and after Mario's brave gamble that didn't work out we got quite a run of early dealers, with only Artak playing to the end - and winning a blue because of it. But the shows of the new filming series, from James onwards, seem to be producing some better luck games, even if Hilary's yesterday wasn't included in that.

I think we need a good, solid run of big wins again, to be honest. A grand total of two people have won over £25,000 since October 26th - Chris and Loraine - and for wins above £35,000 we've only had those same two since October 4th, a run of almost two months! In a few weeks it's a year since Claudine's game (I know, I can't believe it either!), it'd be really brill if we got another game like that!

It's not been a great month in terms of games, but there have been some great characters playing - such as JC, Judy and Denis. There are quite a few on the wings who I like at the moment, although I don't think the 22 is overall as strong as it was at the start of the month.

I also agree that some big wins (or even a run of OPWs) would be nice to get things back on track. I can't believe it's a whole year since people like Basil Brush John, Wrighty, Danny, Joey, Claudine, Mike, Adie etc... they all seem so, so recent.

Without wanting to sound nasty, I am quite glad that there weren't any mega wins this month, as people normally just vote for them in show of the month, so at least there'll be a bit of variety in the votes this time. Still happy that there were some big wins though.

I agree with H that there's been some good characters playing. This month there's been at least one character in every game - Judy, Denis, JC, Little Rich, Basil and Ashleigh.

Mixed month with poor games + good characters. Picked up from James to JC.
