I think this position has been quite weak since April, there hasn't been one standout character, and I'm pretty sure Basil only won it due to "Played recently so he's fresh in your mind" syndrome. At first when I saw Peter (6), I thought "Who?!" then I remembered it was the so-called Basil Fawlty lookalike... who didn't really do a great deal on the wings. It'd have been better if he'd done a goose-step or something, but he probably would've got flung off the show... :lol:

I think this position's been weak since October 2005, with the exception of Mad Sarah!

She had absolutely no competition in the original poll, and the same appears to be true here! She's probably the only real stand-out character who has ever stood there.
