So, Jean won a landslide victory in the W8 update poll, but is she now our favourite of all time in that position? Julian had plenty of fans but has a tough job to come through this one!

Jean - absolutely and definitely! She was a LEGEND and whilst Julian was ok, I much preferred Jean!

Julian's one of my all time faves, so sticking with him. Not that it'll make much difference. Everyone I'm voting for is losing these polls!

Yeah ok I'll vote for Jean, no doubt about it she was legendary...and it'll make the West Wing less male-dominated too!

Aww I don't know...Jean sounds really good but I still don't actually know if she is. If I hadn't been able to watch the show when Bunney was on then this forum would have had me thinking he's amazing. So I'll stick with what I know and go with Julian.

Hmmm, Julian was a character in his own right whereas Jean pretty much had a character created for her (although she played along with it bloody well!) I'll stick with Julian!
