I have noticed that people (me included) have been noticing many points that we consider to be bad on the show recently, so I think we should create a bank which shows the good points about DoND.

I think it was great rewarding players that get involved such as Hayley did today as it may encourage more people to speak out or for better editing of the players.

I like the fact that (to use a cliché) that every show can be so different from the last. Be it the way the board forms or who the player is at the chair every epsiode can vary so much.

Spectacular moments of drama that you just can't get from a skill-based show. When someone gambles on a big-money question on Millionaire you're practically certain they've got it right. No such thing exists on DoND!

What keeps me watching is the fact that every show is different and they can all be compared with each other. If there was a different gameboard each show or something, I probably wouldn't bother watching. Also, the variety of contestants they get on the show and the fact that we usually get to know them before they play their game is what I like about the show too.

It wouldn't have half its appeal to me if they just introduced someone totally new every show and had models opening the boxes - imagine, say, Harry coming on cold and him just randomly start taking about taxes? :)

The show is so popular because of the different characters that appear each day, they are ordinary people like you or i with their hopes and dreams.
They tell you about their lives and family and how they applied for the show and you can watch them develop and gain confidence the more appearances they make.
But no matter if they have a sad story or a happy story the game is all down to luck and that is the why the game became popular.
Some contestants have some interesting systems in trying to beat the banker but it's all down to lady luck, you never know how each show will unravel even when down to a few boxes.
It's a bit like life it's self, it's all down the choices you make and making them at the right time.

The show is NEVER ust about the game, it always involves something/someone else and comedy, e.g. Mind games, or getting the wings to dance.

It's unpredictable. A few days ago I wouldn't have said that but after Orry's game totally threw me, it is. No matter how you may *think* a game's going to happen, you have no idea until it does. Even Laura's game, which was given away in the papers months beforehand, kept me guessing exactly how she was going to win £250,000, I was certain on £50,000 v £250,000 for ages but then the £50k went!

Plus there's never been a game with zero characters on the wings, despite how it's tempting to say so sometimes. There's always at least one who you want to see their game, and when their game goes well, boy is it good!

It's the best gameshow ever created, and while it may have its bad patches, they don't last long.
