Doubled amonts one-off?

Wouldnt it be cool if they decided to double the amounts on the board as a one-off? Like....

20p.................................£6,000
£1...................................£10,000
£2...................................£20,000
£10 ................................£30,000
£20 ................................£40,000
£100...............................£70,000
£200...............................£100,000
£500...............................£150,000
£1,000 ...........................£200,000
£1,500 ...........................£500,000

And if they do, i hope PatM plays on it!

I think they should do this every Saturday because the show goes out in the evening, and the audience figures are good!

If they can get good Saturday ratings then why ruin the increased income by giving away more? Although the banker's offers are becoming so ridiculously low and people are accepting I'd be surprised if they got onto the reds n win the 2k;)

My thought was keep all the blues unchanged, and double all the reds apart from the top three which become £250,000, £500,000 and £1 million. May do a forum game along those lines at some stage!

The £250,000 currently on offer may be a daytime TV record, but I wonder if they would have made the top prize even higher at the start if they knew they were going to get 4m viewers every day? They could never have predicted that for a 4.15pm timeslot, so would be interesting to know what ratings Endemol actually budgeted for.

i'm pretty sure the saturday night ratings aren't much higher than the other day ratings but i may be wrong...

On Saturdays they used to put the show on at 19:10 and now they vary it from 16:15 to 18:15. Tonight its on at 17:40.
