I offered 2 whole pints on offer to the person that beat my lowest ever deal record ages ago and in his haste to sell his cheque on ebay for a squillion quids... he hasnt been in touch.

By the power vested in me as a Geordie I have therefore decided to put £5 in an envelope.

The £5 will be delivered to the Highland Hospice in the morning and I am now offering an envelope full of Highland Air.

Apparently I am now banned from the whole of Ullapool and they still havent found the salmon that was on display above the bar!

Actually Gerry, we're only insured in the campervan for 3000 miles a year, and with all the driving about in the Highlands during May and June I managed to rack up a rather impressive 2000 miles - most of our years allowance in just a few weeks! I don't think we can afford to come up your way again until I can find an insurer that will increase our annual mileage allowance to something more respectable. 3,000 sounded so much when we took out the policy, but in the wilds of Northern Scotland it goes nowhere !!!

Having said all that, I do have one eye distantly set on attending the Highland Games 2008 next year. Or the year after. Still, I will try and get up your way again sometime soon!

Sorry that Igor didn't want the free beers. I think you're about fourth in the line of low comedy deals now anyway - there's been quite a few over the past couple of months. Still the original and best low deal though!

Insurance for the Love Waggon?

So much for living on the edge my friend.....

The 2009 Games will be worth planning for.....we are hosting the Masters World Championships on the 3rd weekend in July and then on the 4th weekend in July there is going to be the biggest International Clan Gathering ever in Edinburgh.

Well worth planning ahead for those.
