For this thread from now on, I'll put my "unusre" interval, as in I reckon there are two amounts involved on any given board, less than the lower one is a definite no-deal, more than the higher one is a definite deal. If it's between the two, I'm unusre but more likely to do one or the other depending on how far up the spread it is (I'm sure I've sent everyone to sleep now :) ).

But for Lee:

Offer 1: 15 - 20k
Offer 2: 10 - 15k
Offer 3: 6 - 8k
Offer 4: 6 - 8k
Offer 5: 10k - 12k
Offer 6: either £400 or more or something comedic. :)
