DOND is mentioned although I didn't kiss and tell about the debauchery behind the scenes or let on that I cried for 2 weeks after 'winning' the penny!

Some people seem under the impression that 1p Sally has just joined the forums to plug her book. . She hasn't. She's been here since July last year under the name "rowgirl" and posted quite a few times. Clearly, she's forgotten her old password and has had to re-register, naughty girl! Some people have really short memories!

I'm not much of a book reader, but who knows, if I can get a cheap second-hand copy on eBay some day, I might give it a whirl. It sounds quite interesting. Mind you, I'm after reading Mally's next book first...

Not sure what you mean hun. It's gonna be around for a while, basically until nobody cares about reading it anymore. It doesn't come out in the shops till October, so there's a little bit of a wait. It's just that it's a bit cheaper on Amazon at the moment. Hope that helps?

They should do a special offer if you buy Mally's book along with yours, they could call it When Mally Met Sally! (sorry!)

You know what? I put a bit in about Clearlake and the editor took it out. I'd written about their song which goes "It's enough to make you believe that someone's got it in for us, cos we know now we'll never be happy, might as well give up!"
"These things are sent to try us" - is that the song? Anyway, I wasn't allowed to put lyrics in for copyright sakes. I love that song, it makes me feel like it can't be as bad as all that!
