Sorry peeps, bad workmanship is one of my pet peeves as I'm a creftsperson and believe if you're going to sell something it should be of a reasonable quality !!!

(2) 'there is an implied term that the goods supplied under the contract are of satisfactory quality'

(2A) 'for the purposes of this Act, goods are of satisfactory quality if they meet the standard that a reasonable person would regard as satisfactory, taking into account of any description of the goods, the price (if relevant) and all the other relevant circumstances'

I am a reasonable person, and these 'goods' do not look fit for purpose...! They do not look to be of satisfactory quality on any level! (Though admittedly Noel would make a good wrestler!)

Just had another peruse of the item in question and had to laugh at some of the sales patter. The seller quotes:

THE NOEL EDMONDS FIGURE COMES WITH TRADEMARK BLACK SHIRT AND PANTS

I think I'm right in saying that Noel wears many different colours and styles of shirts, so 'trademark black shirt' seems a little odd. Also, the day Noel appears on screen wearing black pants and nothing else then I'm calling the police!
